This past week on the 11th and 13th we partnered with the folks at MNC and hosted MNC Playdates on site at the Project Commotion studio! Featuring 75 minute playful, active community classes, specifically for MNC families! The classes engage children of all abilities and their adults in play and learning here at our on site movement studio. 

The classes included movement and play for children and their grown-ups, and an educational discussion with child development experts from Instituto Familiar De La Raza. During this time children were able to be engaged in the space with their grown ups,  and the grown ups got to see the importance of movement and play in development in a firsthand way. With allotted time for a parents only discussion with the Development experts from IFR where they were able to speak openly and receive insight and support from fellow parents and the IFR staff. 

Our event was held over the course of two days, with a record 17 families being in attendance over those combined days! And our organization is very grateful for everyone who stopped by and saw what the commotion is all about!
