Capoeira is an African-Brazilian art form that “weaves fighting, music, dance, and rituals into a strategy by which people live, struggle, celebrate, and survive together.” Classes incorporate the movements of capoeira, fundamentals of tumbling and acrobatics, music and rhythm, and partner work. Please dress in sweatpants and t-shirt. Classes are open to students of all levels.

Adult Capoeira: Monday & Wednesday 7:00 - 8:45pm

Adult classes will be on break starting December 22, and will resume on Monday, January 12
